Re: Vertical white lines in the floor plan
Version 6.1.15 - just the standard map displayed as a floor plan. container for it is 90% width and height and then the map inside is set to 100% width and height of the container. If I resize the browser window I actually get either vertical, horizontal or both depending on the size. I'm attaching ...

Vertical white lines in the floor plan
I'm creating a tour which has a custom image used as a map - floor plan and on exporting and viewing the tour, there are vertical white lines on the map image. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Re: Set master patch to be underneath node patches
I figured out a workaround over the weekend! You simply edit the master patch for the node in question and either delete all of the contents or just the part which you don't want.

Set master patch to be underneath node patches
Is it possible to set it so that the master patch is underneath any added node patches? I have a situation where my master patch has some tripod shadow which is tricky to remove and was easier to remove on an additional node patch, however, the master patch with the shadow still present is showing o...

Re: Aerial tour point hotspot component question
Ahhh thought so. Using the web inspector in Safari is showing that each stork and label on the aerial shot is a different PNG. Do you think that they created a separate unique component for each of the hotspots?

Aerial tour point hotspot component question
Does anybody know which point hotspot component was used to create the following tour? https://tours.360virtualtours.co.uk/landal_woodland/ I've seen it used on several other tours but possibly by different companies and so I'm hoping it's available either freely available to download in this forum ...

Feature Request - Add action filter for if tour is in a iframe
Hi Hopki - would it be possible in a future version to add an action filter which checks if the tour is in an iframe? It can be implemented possibly like the following example: https://tommcfarlin.com/check-if-a-page-is-in-an-iframe/ My reasoning for this is as follows: It's all to do with pesky ful...

Re: Fullscreen Button missing on mobile devices with SimplexV6 skin
There's a couple of positioning variables being set too for the width of the controller and the x position of the full screen button. I removed the check for if the device is iOS from both of them and now it shows. The action filter only changes what the button does, not it's position or visibility.

Re: Fullscreen Button missing on mobile devices with SimplexV6 skin
Hi Dirk, This is by design as iOS does not recognise the fullscreen API. So no point having a button that does not do anything. Regards, Hopki I'm trying to implement a conditional action on the full screen button as per https://forum.ggnome.com/viewtopic.php?t=12800 to make it open the tour in a n...

Re: Fullscreen not working on iOS
@tony how did you manage to make the full screen button appear in the controller on iOS? I'm trying to use the same method detailed here: https://forum.ggnome.com/viewtopic.php?t=12800 but with the added benefit of simply going to the same tour html page in a new tab (_blank) with the current nodeID...

Re: Hide Floor Plan / Map when pin clicked on
Fantastic that works a treat! I totally forgot that you can use skin elements to replace the map markers so not only to they close the map now but they also look much better too

Hide Floor Plan / Map when pin clicked on
I'm having a slight issue regarding a map / floor plan. I currently have the map opening at 80 percent width and height when a representative icon is clicked on top open it. Obviously when the user clicks on a map pin, it's really hard to tell that something has happened in the background and that a...
