Does it work for the Tour being published in Google Street View?

I am developing a virtual tour and I would like this tour to have an external link for accessing an html.
I would like to know if this functionality can be exported in the virtual tour version Google Street View ?

Is it possible to create a website access point, and export within Google Street View?
