Disable 1 single hotspot upon click

Hi, I'm trying to hide & deactivate 1 polygon hotspot, once the user has clicked on it. However, all other poly hs need to be kept active. I'm trying to use the player settings action then Change Polygon Mode option (Hide One - code 5) to hide/deactivate it, but even though I indicate the right hs p...

Re: Quizification

Ok I’ll try to look for these player settings, thanks.

Interested to see your tour if that is possible through PM, that could give me some good ideas :-)

Re: Quizification

Thanks for your feedback

I thought of doing one variable per Hotspot but then you would have to define one distinct hs in the skin for each poly hs of your pano?
Unless you use some of the hs fields to store the variable name?
Curious to know how you did...
Would you have a link to your tour?

Cheers

Quizification

Hi, I'm currently trying to build a sort of quiz in order to gamify a tour. The idea would be to ask the user several questions, who will have to find and match one single polygon hotspot each time - such as "What tool do scientists use to observe a fish sample?" and the user should click a microsco...

Poly hotspot - update "target" value from skin?

Hi, I'm working with the tutorial from Tony (https://tonyredhead.com/pano2vr/polygon-hotspots-proxy) - thanks for that - in order to create several polygon hotspots. I'm using the "target" field from polygon hotspot to store a numeric value, in order to update some variables defined in the skin on c...

Re: Actions in functions

Hi Hopki, Thanks for your reply, yes I do understand the copy/paste possibilities for actions (this is good!) My worry is that I would like to avoid this copy/paste of the same 2 action lines (shown in my initial post) in multiple object, and instead to have the ability to paste these 2 lines in a k...

Actions in functions

Hi gurus, I very often need to repeat a succession of same actions in few skin elements, and therefore have to copy and paste the list of actions from one element to the other. Wondering about the possibility to define functions to record these same actions... For example, I'm hiding/moving a naviga...

Re: floor plan image size limitation?

Thanks Tony. I do use radar over the pins. Also, the map doesn't close but just hides on the left side when a pin is clicked. But unsure how this could have an effect.. I downloaded your ziped project (added some fake pano and my 1000x765 JPG map), but the funny thing is that it doesn't work for me....

Re: floor plan image size limitation?

BTW @Tony, by any chance would you have saved the skin you used in your https://s3-ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com ... index.html, as well as the pano2vr file ?

I'd be keen getting them to see if you did manage to display a bigger map image...

Re: floor plan image size limitation?

Hi guys, I'm really lacking precision in my "floorplan" tourist maps, by having to reduce them to 500px height. I would really need to display much bigger tourist maps in order to make them useful. The NOT "simpleFloorPlan" option doesn't seem to work better, as it seems to be also affected by the s...

Re: IFRAME hotspots and charset

Thanks Tony, I had this exact same line in my IFRAME HTML file, but didn't think of updating the main index.htm, which worked like a charm :-)

IFRAME hotspots and charset

Hi guys, Thanks to some usefull conversations and tutorials (Tony) below I was able to acheive multi language IFRAME, for displaying standalone HTML files pre-generated as image+text hotspots. https://forum.ggnome.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=12299&p=50870&hilit=text+image+hotspots#p50844 https://forum.g...

Re: floor plan image size limitation?

Hi Tony, as always thanks for your reply, quite amazed that you went to download the tourist map yourself to get a copy for your tests. Either that or you are secretely connected to my computer, so I'd think more option one! I tried reducing the skin placeholder for my 1000x765 image - this placehol...
