Re: plan responsive

That looks to me like it's doing exactly what it's supposed to, a size based on a percentage of the screen size. When I've made floor plans I've used logic block to set specific pixel sizes, keeping the aspect ratio of the map the same throughout. It's not a perfect solution but then making a plan w...

Re: Two suggestions for upcoming release

Hi AAndersson, This was my solution that works now and has many advantages over just randomly selecting nodes: https://forum.ggnome.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=12937&p=54023#p54019 @All flowing this thread. I don't want to be negative about this so lets say you can select only the nodes you wan...

Re: Two suggestions for upcoming release

Point two is similar to what I've asked for, namely to only export some panoramas to make sub-tours. For example, I built a tour for a golf course and a tour for a school. Both consisting of 100+ nodes. I had to output every golf hole as an individual tour and many of the school departments, also as...

Re: Context Menu image is missing

I've seen this behavior with a map image and have reported it to Hopki as a bug. He has passed that bug onto the developers.

I think we can expect a fix fairly soon.

Re: Default view and then reverse direction view

A little comment from me is that finding how the red target worked was one of my big Pano2VR "oh yes" moments. It's now all I ever use as I always want to choose exactly what someone sees on any given hotspot. I'd spotted forward/backward which is obviously useful, but didn't work out the ...

Re: Assistance needed, bribe you with lunch

I will be the first to say: I dislike TILE : ceiling, floor and wall. Too many post processing issues. I get the ceiling and wall tile fixed by making sure my pan head /camera/ lens is properly calibrated. Yes Ptgui and control points fixes small tile issue. I am satisfied with Pano2vr cubing the p...

Re: Assistance needed, bribe you with lunch

My comment would be that as a user of PTGui I have never been able to make Zeniths align perfectly. I take 12 images at 30 degrees down, and 12 at 30 degrees up, with an 18mm lens, full frame on a Nikon D700. I take great care to check that what is above and below me can easily be patched in Photosh...

Re: Sub-Tours. Big Feature Request.

Thanks Martin I like that as a workaround and will give it a go, but having almost completed two tours with a lot of nodes (100+), the option to just easily output a sub-tour would be hugely useful. (The other tour was of a golf course, and as you might imagine I wanted to make 18 mini-tours). Thank...

I've never used it but unless you've disabled the setting, your project will have been backing up every ten minutes. Worth a look I'm sure.

Sub-Tours. Big Feature Request.

I've mentioned this before but I'm now approaching 150 nodes in my tour, 15 Gigapixels and what will probably be 400 hotspots. It's a tour of a school. What I'd love to be able to do is just output certain panoramas to create sub-tours. For example of the science block, music department, sports fiel...

Re: Hiding Hotspot Titles

Perfect, thanks. I've discovered there's always a way but I'm not good enough with the clever stuff to work it out yet :-)

Edited to add that's a brilliant and very flexible solution. Really learned something good there!

Re: Hiding Hotspot Titles

Hi Hopki I don't see how that can work but of course I may not understand what you're telling me. I can (and have) been able to have labels that are conditional on a tag like "noshow" but those tags apply to the entire panorama meaning that any hotspots pointing to it won't have a tooltip....

Hiding Hotspot Titles

Hi all. I want to label all of my (many) hotspots using custom titles rather than the panorama title. This works fine but I don't want all hotspots to have titles. My titles have a background colour so when they are left blank, the background colour still shows. (See attachment). It's only small but...

The way the side menu changes from an "+" to an "x" is just brilliant. Great pano shots too.

Thanks Martin, will give that a go.

You asked about the piano resolutions, do you think they're OK?
