with version 7 I can no longer see the thumbnail on menu click and on hotspot click.
I have tried many menus and hotspots

Dear Martin on the skin configuration I haven't the "show menu on open" and maybe could be an issue of version 7 on my PC because also others thumbnail (as hotspot "lolly hotspot") it doesn't work anymore

A little bit question: I'd like to show the "Index Thumbnail Menu with Categories" on open on a desktop PC without having to click on the "sandwich"

I have just published a tour that contains audio and video files that normally work on tablets and desktops.
On the other hand, when I view the tour from a cell phone, the audio clips do not sound, but only the video clips are heard.
It's tha same on IOS and Android.
Suggestion?

I would like to insert at the begin of the tour a flat (traditional) photo that acts as a splash screen.
As soon as I give the command, the splash screen closes and the tour begins with its fly-in
how do you advise me to proceed?

hello everyone: I would like to insert a sound only to some panoramas in sequence. The other panoramas of the tour must be without sound. The sound should not start again with each panorama of the sequence but continue from the previous one.
Ideas???
