Re: Output file size

Ok I see. I normally use 8192x4096px 3d rendered panoramas, so im guessing pano2vr doesn't generate as many multi-res tiles for my tours, hence the smaller output file sizes I am getting. Could you lower the input image resolution at all so you generate less tiles? (I think this is how the tile gene...

Re: Call for Tours!

TButtrick,
Some great panoramas there. I like your minimal skin interface too! Nice work.

Re: Output file size

For 6 panorama images 360mbs seems pretty excessive though, can I ask what the panorama input image dimensions are in px?

Re: HTML5 export - only skin scripts

Unless you change the input panorama or export settings the tiles don’t regenerate, as far as I am aware.

Re: Call for Tours!

We created this tour a while ago in our office. There are a few things that I would improve if I was to recreate the tour, but we are pretty happy with the outcome:

Re: Open Pano2vr in full window

Actually, I can confirm that this happens for me too. If I open Pano2VR from the start menu or desktop icon on Windows 10 the Pano2VR program doesn't open in a maximised window but instead like this: 1.jpg If I maximise the window and save the file, when I reopen the file the window still isn't maxi...

Hopki,
I suggest you add the password protection post to the useful posts thread?

Many will benefit from this feature.

Hopki actually over variables and logic blocks in detail in the latest Webinar:

It's worth watching, you'll learn to change your buttons based on user interaction.

Re: Buttons that don't change their status

I'd do this through variables: a variable to hold the true/false value of each button. I'd the use the variable as a logic block trigger to change the colour based on the variable state. It can all be found here: Variables: https://ggnome.com/doc/skin-props/#variables Logic Block Triggers: https://g...

Re: WARNING about Google Maps

Interesting approach. Do you know of any open-sourced analytics tracking tools that could replace Google Analytics? Take a look for MATOMO Open Web Analytics Platform (ex-PIWIK) I use it for years as main analytics for web sites and for Pano2VR virtual tours. Matomo is very powerful tool today. The...
