adding to published tours

I am pretty sure the answer is a simple one. I haven't seen it posted here. Are there any issues related to adding new nodes to a tour. I have a couple of clients that want to add nodes to there businesses due to expansion. One of them is on the old system before Pano2vr. The other was done with Pan...

levels, and moving a group of nodes at once

Hi support guys, I have a tour with 2 levels. Do I put one level on top of the other for them to show up? or do I put the node of one level on top of a node of the other level? I have a Marina that has a north end and a south end, one level is the north and the other is the south. Also is it possibl...

Re: Street view thumbnail images not showing on Google Search or Maps

The same thing is happening to my tour also. I published mine over two weeks ago. I my case the levels do not work correctly, the panos do not show up in the knowledge graph, and some of the panos don't share the same place and they are not linked to the rest of the tour. I watched all the videos an...

What is the best way to publish a business with levels now

What is the best way to publish a tour with levels now. its great to hear how levels will be available in the future, but right now what is the best approach. Publish each level as a separate tour? or? and then re-publish the tour when levels are available?

thanks, Matt

levels and hotel mode situations

Hi Support staff I am looking for the best practices approach to dealing with levels and hotel mode situations. Is it appropriate to publish two tours of a business and then later on when levels and hotel mode are implemented to connect the tours later? My project would be in the hotel mode category...

Re: location still wasn't recognized

Hi Hopki,
It worked! I have looked around for where that info came from and I have got to know, where did that number come from? that looks like a pano2vr utility. I have been trying for days thinking it was just lag time.

thank you, Matt

location still wasn't recognized

I have added a place to Google Maps for a project I am involved in. The location was approved. The problem I am having is it doesn't show up in the pano2v Google street view listing, I am using the latest version. I have been looking for it for the past 4 days since I added the place. I have tried u...

best way to proceed

Hi
I just tried to upload a 10 pano tour and some images were "unable to be written", I cancelled the upload. Now I have just two images published and I am wondering what is the best way to proceed. Do I delete the two images and re upload the project? or?

workflow for editing a published tour

Hi, A couple test projects I uploaded to Google maps didn't display the nadir logo I had placed in the edit master node. I do not know why is question #1. I am also curious to know the workflow for editing a published tour. For example; If the published tour needs editing would I download the tour, ...

Re: node properties

Hi Hopki got it, found it, I knew I would feel like a dummie when I did and I do. I think that I had to many windows up in the user data panel to notice the node properties was there also. I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to pano2vr support for hanging in there with the dumb questions, m...

Re: node properties

Hi the only place I could find to deselect north it was already deselected, I suppose I could be looking in the wrong spot. I have a 6 node tour, its a test, each node reveals a little portion of a view which is totally revealed on the last node and instead of seeing a complete view it does a 180 an...

Re: node properties

Hi Yes I am using the cardboard template and thanks for responding. It seems to me the default setting should be to keep looking forward at the last node instead of looking back from where you came from. If you are looking at a virtual tour of a business and you were interested in what there is to s...

Re: node properties

I appreciate your response, but it still is not clear to me. I want the last node of the tour to keep looking forward in stead of looking back. It seems as though this function should be easier to find and intuit, at this point its frustrating! I just bought the software and have spent a lot of time...
