Re: Failure to navigate image on iPhone
Thanks for the tip! I tried upgrading the software a few weeks back. But it seems I only have the option to upgrade to 6.0. To do this, I am required to pay more money. The software is certainly well worth it, so I don’t have an issue in a general sense. I know that toward the end of the year I will...

Re: Failure to navigate image on iPhone
Thanks! I put the link at the bottom of the question. Here it is again: http://162.144.142.234/~barbados/virtualtours/Blue_Lagoon/blue%20lagoon%20foyer.html I don't have it on a web site, just the link from my server. I had tested it on my end before sending of course. No issues! But then I sent thi...

Failure to navigate image on iPhone
Greetings, So I looked through many topics, but haven’t found a solution. My tour works fine on the desktop and iPad. But when viewed on an iPhone, I cannot navigate using touch-scroll! All buttons, drop down menus and scrolling thumbnail bar work fine, but I cannot move the actual image to look aro...

'Enter Fullscreen' buttons appearing randomly
Hi,
Take a look at this photo taken of a friends screen while viewing a tour I created. There are three randomly placed 'Enter Fullscreen' buttons stuck on the screen. We could not close or hide them no matter what we did. I have not seen this on any other system.
Any ideas?
Dan

Re: Info box for multi node tour
Hi Hopki, Thanks. I took some screen shots to better show what I am trying to accomplish: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/43zwcz8zui4a2lz/AABueN1aYdVDaKF7IbhTc3F2a?dl=0 For every tour image that is open, I want an info box to pop up that is specific to the tour which is currently showing. The info pop-up...

Re: Info box for multi node tour
Hi Hopki, I always appreciate your help. However, I'm not as tech as some of the others here! I'm more of a visual learner. Would you be able to point me to any other resources in this manner? If not, no problem. I would just beg for bit more of a descriptive step-by-step sort of thing. Anything wou...

Info box for multi node tour
Greetings, I have an “info” menu button on my multi node tour. When the user clicks this button I want a text box (or image) specific only to the node being displayed, to appear as a small pop up within the same window. I found a post which dealt with this but I could not get it work properly. Would...
