Thanks!
This works perfectly. Putting a map at the right side of the panorama and insert the pano using an iframe with negative margin does exactly what I wanted.

Map next to panorama
Hi!
I'd like to place a map next to the panorama (example), instead of inside the panorama (example I made). Is it posible to do that inside Pano2VR?
I'm not a Flash-expert, so scripting in Flash is not really an option.
Thanks!

Auto Rotation Requests
Hi Thomas, I'd like to make some requests for future versions of Pano2VR. I really like the software, but there are a few things I miss. - Pause Auto Rotate: In addition to just "Toggle Auto Rotate", I'd like to see "Pause Auto Rotate" (which only responds if the image is auto ro...

Re: Transformation output background color
Ok, I think I tried the same process. A typical 32bit (4 channels x 8 bit = 32) image has 4 channels or layers 8bit Red Green Blue and transparent layer. Could be your image is a 24 bit RGB only.. no transparent layer. Full transparent channel Alpha opacity 255 or 100% means you can't see through i...

Re: Transformation output background color
Even when I set opacity to 50%, the background on my JPEG image stays black.
When I select PNG as the output format, the backgrond becomes transparant. No matter which color I pick for the background.
This error didn't occur in earlier versions of Pano2VR...

The opacity slider points 100%...thomas wrote:Did you change the "Alpha" value in the color picker dialog? Use 255 for full opaque.

Transformation output background color
Hi,
When outputting a transformation (my exemple: Mirror Ball, 71x71, JPEG), backgroundcolor is always black. No matter what background color I select.
Any solution?

Re: Edited TIFF cube faces > remapping errors
That's possible, but then I have to change the batch process for every panorama. With a tee cube face, I can experiment until the entire picture looks good.Roy Reed wrote:Batch process?

Re: Edited TIFF cube faces > remapping errors
There's two ways to avoid this problem. Either export as individual cube faces, or if you export as a Tee, mask out the black areas before you sharpen the image. When exporting as individual cube faces, you have to edit every single cube face individually, that doesn't work for me. Masking out the ...

Re: Edited TIFF cube faces > remapping errors
Allright, I know what I've been doing wrong. When converting an equirectangular to a cube face (Tee), we get this: http://www.photo40.nl/pano/tee.png If we shadow/highlight or sharpen this file using Photoshop, we'll get something like this (zoom 200%): http://www.photo40.nl/pano/tee_sharp.png It ha...

Edited TIFF cube faces > remapping errors
When I convert an equirectangular to TIFF cube faces, edit them using Photoshop, saving them in TIFF format and then load them into Pano2VR, the following errors occur: http://photo40.nl/pano/er1.png http://photo40.nl/pano/er2.png Is this the same type of error discussed here ? Very nice. Would be perfect for me as a Mac user to get the Beta7 next week. Thanks!thomas wrote:No, because this was a local hack to get it to working and I didn't wanted to export that to the Mac as well. Beta7 should be out next week which will fix this problem.

Re: Pano2VR creating stitching errors?!?
Do you have any idea when the next beta version will appear? I just bought the software and would like to use it for a relatively large batch of panoramas.thomas wrote:Ok, I found a way to avoid those problems and this will be fixed in the next beta version.
