Most efficient least expensive ways to perform cross browser/device testing for virtual tours (or other web creations)
Just wondering how the rest of you handle this... What is (are) the best most efficient reasonable way(s) to test a virtual tour (or any other web creation as far as that goes) on multiple types of devices, operating systems and browsers? i.e. How do you folks handle 'cross browser' testing with a f...

Re: Full screen and select box issues on mobile devices
Thanks Hopki for looking at this! I have been getting these issues on my ZTE z981 Android smartphone. I guess ZTE is a Chinese company...of course everything is made over there anyway, so it seems, at least in this country lol. My poor Chinese friends I work with in IT always have a hard time findin...

Full screen and select box issues on mobile devices
I am trying to complete a virtual tour, and I'm having a couple issues I am not sure how to resolve. What I have completed so far can be seen at http://peoriacathedral.allaround360.com/tour_english.html I am seeing both of these problems on mobile devices. It's possible that the select box issue mig...

Re: Reconstructing equirectangular image from swf tiles
Perhaps there is some way to create separate grids for each different shape and then combine all of those grids into another grid. Not sure! Good luck with that!

Re: Reconstructing equirectangular image from swf tiles
Without having tried it yet with your files, the one thing that sticks out is that you have Compute Overlap checked. This may be the cause of the problem as there is or should be absolutely no overlap between the tiles composing a cube face. Please try it out without having compute overlap check, an...

Thanks Panox, could you perhaps provide any additional documentation or information on how you did that? I would love to know. Thank you very much! Mike

Re: Reconstructing equirectangular image from swf tiles
I received a PM asking me for more detail on the process of reconstructing an equirectangular image from SWF tiles using Adobe Lightroom, Fiji ImageJ and Pano2VR. I am including that detail below. If anyone has a faster way to get the file renaming part accomplished correctly and more quickly than w...

Re: Reconstructing equirectangular image from swf tiles
Thanks Tony, unfortunately in this situation I am on Windows 10. I will have to look at the link you provided to see if they have anything for Windows. Thanks again! Mike

Reconstructing equirectangular image from swf tiles
Hopefully I am placing this in the right part of the forum. In any case, I have a situation where I have lost some equirectangular images and the only way I know to get back to the originals is to reconstruct them using the tiles that were created when I created the flash swf virtual tour earlier on...
