Responsive iframe in O2VR

I know this topic has been discussed to some extent already, but I still have a couple of questions. Case: I have 10 VR's that should be linked together via a menu. This can be done by building the menu in the skin with respective hyperlinks, and then using the same skin when exporting the 10 differ...

Re: HTML5 Move to View now with X/Y

Old thread, but I'll take my chances :) Hopki; This is a great feature, thank you. I notice that the movement happens in this order: Zoom first - then move and rotate combined. This doesn't give a very smooth transition, since the zoom may not make sense in the current column, and the column spinnin...

Re: On average, how long does it take you to mask and process a single frame?

I use After Effects for the post processing. It works with raw files (if you're shooting raw), allowing you to do a lot of development in the import process. I make a sequence where the images are spread out. The beauty here is that the vector mask can be animated. I draw a rough mask in the first f...

Link to specific column

Hi, I'm creating a menu (in the skin) with different components that can be found on a machine. If e.g. a component placed on the back of the machine is selected, I want the image sequence to jump (or even better - spin) to show the back of the machine where the component (hotspot) is located. Is th...

Re: Lock aspect ratio on skin elements

Found this example of what I'm looking for; https://ggnome.com/samples/pano2vr_5/tower/

The cardboard and player icons are floating at the bottom, anchored at left - and right, at any size and aspect ratio. Any feedback on how to achieve this would be deeply appreciated.

Lock aspect ratio on skin elements

Hi, I'm trying to create a skin that scales all objects based on the player window. That works fine as long as the window is 16:9 (which the project and skin is made in), but when the window is squeezed in one direction, the skin elements are squeezed as well. This will look strange on e.g. a 4:3 mo...

Re: HMD - Look at hyperlink function

Any info on this? Kolor Panotour Pro has this functionality implemented, and for my use it's a big deal.

Re: HMD - Look at hyperlink function

Hi Hopki, don't know what happened to the link. I'll give it another try: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p4j18C0CEEg The term "hyperlink" might have been a bit misleading, as I was thinking about hotspots in a tour. Sorry about that. The video illustrates it well. Thanks, Regards, Sigurd

HMD - Look at hyperlink function

Hi,

I've read some info here about HMD, stereo export and so on. So far, so good. However, I haven't found any info about "clicking" hyperlinks by looking at them in the HMD.

Here's a link of what I'm searching for, made with KrPano.

Is this functionality possible with Pano2vr?

Thanks.

Re: HTML5 and Chrome

Hi Hopki,

thanks for your quick response to this. I will start digging into the web server.

I especially liked the "Firefox does not care" part :)

Regards,

Sigurd

HTML5 and Chrome

Hi, I'm having trouble viewing the HTML 5 output in Chrome (and Opera). Firefox works well, but in Chrome I only get a grey background. Skin and links loads and works fine. When opening the HTML locally, i get the message "Image from origin 'file://' has been blocked from loading by Cross-Origi...

Spot on!

The project was started in v4, so changing to Multi Res worked fine. Thanks :)

Re: Export without exporting/remapping images

Hi Hopki,

I recently installed v5, this doesn't work automatically for me. I'm still in trial mode (will buy a license :) ), may that effect the functionality? Is there a manual way to control this in v5?

Export without exporting/remapping images

Is there a way to export a tour without having to export the images every time? Exporting the whole project is very time consuming for huge projects when you are just editing the skin.

Re: Trigger show/hide skin element from hotspot

Thank you Christian, you made my day! I wasn't aware of the new logic block. This is great! I chose a slightly different approach to my matrix. I used node markers instead of images, that way I can define active/inactive elements easier. I also used the logic block on the matrix container to address...
