I can't seem to get the autoplay even on a computer, not sure if it's because i'm using Safari?

The tour is at https://www.so-visual.co.uk/portfolio/tp-systems for reference, the options at the beginning load different versions to get it fullscreen on iOS.

I'm also having an issue with background sound, I want it to start playing when the tour loads, but it won't start playing until the first node has been clicked to move through the tour. I've tried combinations of -1,0,1 in the loop, and an element in the skin having the Viewer Init, Play media etc,...

To be honest, I don't think many will. It was a query from the client as he was using Chrome, so had to put a bit of work in to try and figure a way around it.

All good now though.

Caddwizard, just tried it on mine and it does the same thing so think that's probably going to be the best workaround for now!

Having some issues with fullscreen on our tours, can't seem to get rid of the address bar in Chrome when in fullscreen on iOS.

Safari works ok if you rotate portrait and then landscape, but Chrome won't shift it.

Has anyone had issues with this and managed to solve it?

Managed to solve it using single resolution instead of multi!

It also doesn't appear to be showing the patch i've put on the image, but presuming that's due to it not loading the full res images yet?

Hi Guys, iOS does not recognise the fullscreen API so only expands the output in its window. This is a limitation of iOS so you would need to provide a link to a fullscreen version. Tried clicking the GGPKG on the computer and it opens fine, I do have a theme running but can't really disable it as it'll clear the website out!
