Thanks Harald,
Seems like it'd be riddled with issues - I'm creating something for a client and am a loathe to risk it for their presentation.
I'll find another way for presenting.
Thanks.

Re: How to put VR into a PowerPoint presentation ?
I'm learning that the way to do this is to create a QuicktimeVR as that can be imported to Powerpoint...... The only thing is that when I try to save my Pano as a Quicktime movie, Pano2VR crashes...... I'm reading a lot about Quicktime being Legacy, so am I wasting my time ? Is embedding a Pano2VR i...

Re: Playing Pano's off hard drive (not uploading to website) ?
Thanks Guys,
I'm referring to laptops at work and that would depend on each machine, I think some use Google, some might also have FF as well.
I believer the TIP document makes use of a desktop application so I will be exploring that option as it seems it could be best.
Many thanks.

Re: Why are my Panos looking so low in quality ?
Thanks Hopki,
I'll take a look at that when I'm next back in the office.
In the meantime, could you tell me please, would it allow the Gyroscope function ? That and Hotspots are the only functions that we'd really ever need
Many thanks.
Jez

Playing Pano's off hard drive (not uploading to website) ?
I want to be able to play my Panos off of my hard disk - how can I enable that ? So far, if I double click on a local index.html that is created by Pano2VR it opens the browser but doesn't show anything (so I'm guessing paths etc aren't correct). Please can someone guide me exactly what to do ? Than...

Re: Why are my Panos looking so low in quality ?
Thanks Hopki for the excellent explanation. I use Pano2VR for our office Interior 3d renders, so having to bump up those renders to something like 10,000 will increase render times, render costs etc - but the results will look even more beautiful. As a side question, I would like to know, how to be ...

Re: Why are my Panos looking so low in quality ?
Hi Boothy, Yes I use VRay too, and yes, my renders are much lower than 8000x4000, 3500x1750. Yet, when I look in Pano2VR, before exporting, the Panos look good. And, as I already said, if I use an App on iTunes, called 360Viewer, my spherical images (remember, 3500x1750) look fantastic. Yes, it is H...

Why are my Panos looking so low in quality ?
I am a 3D Visualiser, and I create computer generated photo-realistic images of office interiors. We create Panorama VRs and I render those out at 3500px x 1750pxs. At full screen, they look poor. when I bring in the same Spherical image into an iPad App, that same image looks very crisp. I set all ...

I've cracked it - under HTML5 output settings, HTML, edit the normal.ggt skin to "include gyrascope control" option checked.

VR with iPad ?
Hi, I work in 3d Visualisation and use 3d software to create Spherical images that I use in Pano2VR. All for use online, via a web browser, no problem :) However, a competitor recently demonstrated the use of an iPad to show a panorama of an 3d interior, and the view was controlled by physically mov...

Re: Found a nice animated gif - how to use as an SVG ?
Actually, I've just noticed that the animated gif I want to use is on a white background, which has reminded me that gif's don' support transparency.
So I guess I'll have to learn how to create an animated SVG !
Many thanks.

Re: Found a nice animated gif - how to use as an SVG ?
Thanks Hopki,
Your steps sound easy enough for me to follow, unfortunately though I don't know what an external loader is !
Please can you enlighten me so that I can carry out the steps you say to do ?
Many thanks.
Kindest regards,
Jez

Found a nice animated gif - how to use as an SVG ?
I've nearly completed my Pano for my client, but I'm not happy with the included Hotspots which come with Pano2VR - man, they are very, very basic ! :) So I've looked around online and found one which is quite nice but it's a .gif. When I go to my Skin editor, hoping to simply be able to replace the...
