Is there a way to adjust the double-click speed for full screen on the HTML player? I have trouble consistently going full screen or back on an iPhone 4s. This seems to be a function of the Pano2VR javascript not an IOS parameter.

FYI, you might find php mobile detect source project/source code useful. It uses header information to determine if the browser is on a mobile device.
