Re: Hyperlink doesn't work on mobiles

It might help to spot a problem if you post a screenshot with your code?

Re: Levelling and exporting to Quicktime

A big ditto on QT. Unless you are partial to it and your select audience has QT7 installed or know how to install it, it will be nothing but problematic for your viewers. I was very sad when QT X was released, killing most things good about QT, including QTVR. I was very happy to discover p2vr and H...

Re: Ipad 360vr Video with Adobe DPS

Sorry, not Hopki, but in lieu of other responses: Have you tried your method with a regular 360? This would help troubleshoot where the problem is. If it works with a still image but not video, you'll know for sure that there is a problem somewhere with the video. I suspect the video may be an issue...

Re: iOS offline viewing

I've been including the cache manifest when rendering, then adding the modification in the html code as shown here: http://ggnome.com/wiki/Cache_Manifest_File This has been very simple to set up. I don't have a PC, but this works well on Mac. As well, for iOS, a web icon can be added, and the cached...

Re: Polygon hotspot - Link Target Type - Popup image

Makes sense - it would make setting thing up very easy for you. Maybe someone else will step in with info on how you can do that, but I see the polygon hotspots more as doors. The only solution I can think of at the moment is to manually make images the shape you need, add them in as images for the ...

Re: Share butons toolbar

It looks like things are basically working, but you just need one element to be placed over another. Maybe you need to set a z index so the buttons know they should be on top of the pano? (still trying to wrap my own head around coding)

Re: weird tiles - need help

Did you fix your problem? I clicked on your link and saw nothing out of sorts. If you still see it, maybe try clearing your cache and reload the page>

Re: Polygon hotspot - Link Target Type - Popup image

Arnie,

Curious as to why the point hotspot won't do, since it works? What advantage are you looking for with the polygon hotspot?

Re: Audio on iOS Safari not stopping

Ok, so I found out about the page/hide thing that should work. The following code *does* work if I just have an HTML page with a movie or audio element and it will work on both my desktop and on Safari on my iPad -- yeah! However, I can't figure out how to make it work with my p2VR project. Can any ...

Re: Share butons toolbar

What if you just apply them as you would items in the controller part of skins? You'd add in the appropriate images and attach them to the hotspots, then have them link to the various URLs?

Re: Let's twist...

The picture was helpful in understanding what you want. Tilt moves vertically; pan, horizontally (x and y axis). You want to rotate around the z axis. I'm not sure you can here.

Re: Different Hotspot Icons

Is this answering your question?

In your skin editor:
Add a hotspot.
Add in the image you'd like to be associated with the hotspot and position it over the hotspot.
Make the image a child of the hotspot.
Give your hotspot a unique name.

If you have v5, you can save this as a component.
