Light Table import problem
Hi, I have a strange problem and wondered if someone could help me out? I have actually been using the software for years and never had this problem before and can't for the life of me work out what is going on, so I recently photographed 20 objects for a client but for some reason 4 of them won't i...

Re: swf hotspot problem
Hello, Thank you for that very informative reply. Yes, I am located in the south east of England. I'm using a Canon 550d with the Samyang 8mm fisheye which has so far been doing a good job. I bought myself a Pano Maxx from red-door.co.uk but I'm slightly concerned about it not lasting for too long, ...

Re: swf hotspot problem
My pleasure for sharing my work. Yes, my flash file is quite heavy at about 41mb, the objects are both under 1mb so I think they are okay. The panos all feature quite high res photos which is what the client wants to be able to see everything clearly, so maybe I need to work out the best way of gett...

Re: swf hotspot problem
I am on a Mac, but the client will be viewing right about now on a PC, I've tested it on all up to date versions of Firefox and Chrome and it works fine for me, I also got friend to test it on their Mac and it worked fine too. I've literally just done it as a Flash Export, I think I was having troub...

Re: swf hotspot problem

Re: swf hotspot problem
I've decided to do away with the HTML5 one for now and just stick to the Flash export, which means it's working in Chrome fine now, of course now I have to work out how to stop it from closing when I click to turn the object, I think it's working like an image popup at the moment.

Re: swf hotspot problem
I'm thinking something might be wrong because I've used the text box in the html5 to display the object as Hopki said to me (then do the same but with embed swf in the Flash version), the only tutorial I could find to use the text box and entering html was one for a video which suggested I think doi...

Re: swf hotspot problem
Hi, Well I've pretty much managed to get this working, both the HTML5 and Flash versions work when I preview them in Firefox, although for some reason it crashes out the clients Firefox. I think that might be an issue with them as it works on every computer I've checked on. What I'm stumped on is if...

Re: swf hotspot problem
Yes, much like that one. I found a thread post where he made that project available to download which I did to check what might be wrong with mine, I even replaced his swf with mine to see if there was something wrong with the file but that opened fine, so I have clearly got a link wrong somewhere b...

Re: swf hotspot problem
It's nearly 3 now, I should really be asleep. I will have another play with it tomorrow. I know I must be close to getting this right. Thanks.

Re: swf hotspot problem
Hi 360texas, Thanks for your reply. I did know the difference between object and Panorama, this particular job I have had to a small tour with some objects as a test for someone. I have just realised I didn't do the flash fallback option on this one though and tried that, though it's not fixing the ...

swf hotspot problem
Hi, I'm trying not to use the forum too much.. but there are some things I'm really getting stumped on! I've been tasked with getting an object opening in a 360 I photographed last week (did a couple of objects as tests). I've followed through the hotspot video (with the toy) and I also found a good...

Hotspot arrows
I seem to be getting there slowly with this tour. Have managed to add a map quite easily, what I need to do now is change the hotspot points that go through to the next pano to arrows. I've had a bit of a play and I think I've worked out how to do it, but do I need to make a hotspot template for eve...
