Re: Color overlay

Hi Hopki, Is this a 5.1 Beta "feature", or do I get it wrong? I define, in Hotspots / Polygon Hotspots, the background and border colour I would like to have as a default. Then, I add a poly hotspot, and the hotspot properties have "Use default" checked in the color section at th...

Re: Color overlay

Hi Hopki, Thanks for the quick response. You say in one of the new 5.1 beta releases I will be able to change the colour of polygon hotspots - great! But I'm wondering if polygon hotspots are the only possible way to mark something (in my case the path of the canal), or if there is any other trick I...

Color overlay

Maybe it's a simple thing, maybe it can't be done, I'm sure there will be great answer from a member: I'm working on a virtual tour for a canal restoration project, showing the landscape as it is now, with the canal gone decades ago. What I would love to do is to show the original route of the canal...

Re: Is there a way to use more than one Javascript command in "Go to URL"?

Hi Hopki, Thanks, that's exactly what I did. And it does work - my problem was that the controller are was covering most of my logo, so clicking on it couldn't work! All sorted now. But as I'm asking you questions: Google Javascript Console gives me two warnings about pano2vr_player.js: Synchronous ...

Re: Is there a way to use more than one Javascript command in "Go to URL"?

Hi Hopki, Thanks for your response. I don't have a problem with GA events in general, they work quite nicely. What I'm trying to achieve is specific to links: I have logos in my panoramas that link to websites. The normal action on mouse click, "Go to URL", does just that, and works withou...

Is there a way to use more than one Javascript command in "Go to URL"?

It would be great if I could send a Google Analytics even when the viewer clicks on a link. As going to a link stops the current site from working, I'd like to combine the "Go to URL" with a Google Analytics send command. I haven't found a way yet to combine the two in one Javascript comma...

Re: Javascript for a condition in the screen editor?

Hi Christian, Thanks, that's a very interesting idea. You are absolutely right, two different skins would make it possible to do the check for iOS well before the panorama is loaded. Adding the necessary PHP code to my HTML template would make it "my" standard, and it all would work in an ...

Re: Javascript for a condition in the screen editor?

Hi Christian, Thank you very much indeed! You are using the new "is mobile" function, that would certainly help, but what I'm after is knowing if it's iOS. If I remember correctly, "toggle fullscreen" works on Android devices, but does nothing on iPads or iPhones. For Android (we...

Hi Christian,

Wow, I'm impressed! How do you do it, if you don't mind me asking?

Javascript for a condition in the screen editor?

What I would VERY much like to achieve is hiding the "full screen"-button when a panorama is shown on an iOS device. It can't work there, so it shouldn't be there. I know I can link Javascript code to a button, via the URL field, and I'm wondering if something similar can be done for a con...

Re: Animation and auto-rotation

Hi Hopki, Thank for the response! The example looks impressive, does it work without loads of image files during the recorded movement? If it does, how do you do it? What I've seen and tried implies either creating a video, or a sequence of frames for every moment in time. And if there is a way &quo...

Pano2VR Beta4 - WOW!

More or less by accident I found that in Beta4 you have implemented the one thing that is, in my view, most important - the hotspot support for "tap" on touch device working like the mouse-over on a desktop. Absolutely brilliant, I'm over the moon! See this Spitfire as an example (the URL ...

Re: Animation and auto-rotation

Hi Karyn, Thanks for your quick response! It's not exactly what I had hoped for as it generates a large number of extra files. What I had been hoping for is something like a script file that contains a sequence of operations similar to user action with a pointing device. This could be one small text...

Animation and auto-rotation

The new animation feature looks most interesting, especially as a replacement for the auto-rotation, but I guess I have't understood it properly: 1) Can it produce "something" that just emulates what a user might do - rotating, zooming etc., without producing a video? Like a batch that def...

Re: All our skins available in a RESPONSIVE version!

Arturo is excellent in creating SVG hotspot images. Have a look at the engine room of this historic steam narrowboat, Arturo created the flashing sound SVG hotspot and the pulsing video hotspot.

The prices are very reasonable, he's quick, the SVGs are just great - highly recommended!
