I figured it out. After I posted I looked at the function of the button. Played with "scaling". And that seems to be it.

Nice work soupstudio. I really like the skin you have created. The element with the spherical images as buttons are great. I have just started playing with the skins. May I ask how you make one of those buttons? Do you have to make just 2 sizes ? or more. Thanks for sharing . I'm just learning some ...
